Our Workshops

ECET Foundation is offering a series of creative and engaging workshops designed to provide children and young people with a positive break from excessive screen time during the school holidays.

These sessions focus on hands-on creative activities that encourage imagination, focus, and wellbeing while helping students refresh their minds before returning to school.

Purpose of the Workshops

Our workshops are designed to:

• Provide screen-free creative time
• Encourage creativity, patience, and concentration
• Support mental wellbeing and relaxation
• Help students reset and prepare for returning to school learning

Even one hour of participation can introduce students to new creative skills and activities.

Students will learn the skills during the workshop and can continue or complete their creative projects at home in their own time. This allows them to practise and develop their creativity independently.

Some activities may include art and craft projects, embroidery, and other hands-on creative tasks that encourage focus, patience, and confidence.

Our aim is to help students develop balanced habits, where creative activities support their wellbeing and help them return to school feeling refreshed, motivated, and ready to learn.
